PLAYERS

How many persons should a team be in order to take part?

Our rooms are devised in such way as to host teams with minimum 2 and maximum 6 members.

How old should I be in order to play?

The games are great for players over 15 years old. However, families with children 8+ years old can also take part with the attendance of an adult in the room.

Can children come along?

Children of all ages are welcome when escorted by their parents or any adult responsible for them. However they cannot play in any of our scenarios unless they are 8.

SECURITY

Is the game scary?

Our scenarios are devised in such way as to be challenging and mysterious but not scary. However it all depends on your perspective on fear.

Are we locked in the room?

You are locked theoretically. In reality you are never locked. You can leave the room at any time. If at any moment you need to go out there is a door release button which you can press and exit the room.

I have claustrophobia. Can I play?

The rooms are rather large and it is highly unlikely to cause you any feelings of claustrophobia. Regardless of the size of the rooms in case there is an emergency we can intervene immediately.

Are there cameras?

Yes there are cameras in the rooms. They are used from the Game Masters for assisting you during the game, as well as, for ensuring everything is going well in the room.

ACCESIBILITY

Is there are an appropriate attire in order to play?

The rooms do not need any physical activity that demands specific attire. However we suggest comfortable clothing in order for you to better enjoy the game.

Is there wheel chair accessibility?

Our areas are accessible to people on wheel chairs. However there are NO bathrooms accessible to people on wheel chairs. With regards to the games, “The Archeologist’s Secret” is accessible; however there is the need of at least one member of the team not to have mobility problems. Please contact us for further information.

ATTENDANCE

What time should we be there?

Ideally you should be in Escape House at least 10 minutes before your appointment since there is some time required for the introduction. In case you are late there is the possibility your appointment might be canceled in order to ensure the rest of the appointments are on time. For this reason try and leave your home earlier since traffic jams in the center of Heraklion are often unpredictable.
